On 26 September 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND) at the Anggrek Campus, successfully conducted an online workshop entitled “Workshop Book Chapter Proposal “From Manuscript to Published Chapter: Navigating the Editorial Process”.” The workshop featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speakers, including Ismail Suardi Wekke, Ph.D., Editor at IGI Global, Distinguished Professor at North Bangkok University, Thailand, and member of The Academia of Papua.

The primary objective of this workshop was to support scholars in enhancing their academic publishing capabilities by emphasizing key competencies essential for professional achievement. The workshop was designed to assist researchers in developing compelling chapter proposals in accordance with editorial standards and in cultivating the skills necessary to respond to editorial feedback in a constructive and professional manner. Additionally, the session provided valuable perspectives on emerging trends in academic publishing and offered practical strategies for establishing and sustaining effective, long-term partnerships with editors and publishers.

On 24 September 2025, the Research and Technology Transfer Office (RTTO) at BINUS University organized an online workshop titled “Pra-Workshop Intensif Data Paper Scopus Batch 8.” This workshop featured insightful coaching by Dr. Esther Widhi Andangsari, M.Si., Psi., an accomplished data paper author and Head of the Psychology Department, Faculty of Humanities, BINUS University.

The primary aim of the workshop was to provide Faculty Members with the opportunity to explore essential aspects of research data management, thereby equipping them with the necessary skills to maintain accurate and well-organized research data. This initiative was designed to enhance the preparation of scholarly articles for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, ensuring that these articles conformed to rigorous academic standards and adhered to ethical research practices, including data integrity, transparency, and accountability. Ultimately, the workshop sought to empower Faculty Member participants to produce high-quality scholarly work that would make a significant contribution to their respective fields of study.

On 24 September 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND) at the Syahdan Campus, successfully conducted an online workshop entitled “Mengenal dan Menerapkan Jenis-jenis Lisensi Terbuka (Creative Commons).” The workshop featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speakers, including Wahyu Setioko, S.Si., M.A., Ph.D., Creative Commons Indonesia Representative and Head of the Primary Teacher Education Department, and Harsa Wahyu Ramadhan, S.H., M.H., Creative Commons Indonesia Representative and Faculty of Law Lecturer.

The primary objective of this workshop was to equip faculty members with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize images, audio, and other multimedia elements in their academic works and departmental websites while adhering to copyright and licensing regulations. In addition, the workshop aimed to raise awareness regarding the importance of understanding content licensing and upholding ethical standards when using multimedia resources sourced from the internet, such as images and graphics. Participants were also encouraged to formulate and implement appropriate licenses for their own academic outputs, thereby ensuring that their work is both protected and responsibly shared.

On 22 September 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND) successfully conducted an online workshop entitled “Menjadi Pendamping Kewirausahaan Produk Research Mahasiswa.” The workshop featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speakers, including Dr. Desman Hidayat, S.Kom., M.M., Manager of the BINUS Entrepreneurship Center and faculty member at BINUS University.

This workshop seeks to address the learning objectives by examining the challenges and opportunities in entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on the development of technology-based innovations and research-driven products. It aims to elucidate how coaching and mentoring approaches can assist students in identifying the commercial potential of research outcomes. Furthermore, the study intends to elaborate on fundamental entrepreneurial concepts, especially in the context of transforming academic research into viable products and innovations, thereby fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students and researchers.
