On June 26, 2026, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND)  successfully organized an online workshop entitled “Diseminasi Paper menjadi IP sukses menghasilkan Produk Desain Industri yang berdampak (HKI & PATEN)” This event featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speaker, notably Prof. Dr. Nesti F. Sianipar, S.P., M.Si., Head of the Food Biotechnology Research Center, Research & Technology Transfer, and Faculty Member of the Biotechnology Program at BINUS University.

The workshop was designed to equip participants with the ability to understand the process of transforming research outcomes into relevant and competitive industrial design products for the market. Participants were guided in identifying research potential that could be developed into commercially viable industrial design products, as well as exploring sustainable innovation strategies to support the development and commercialization of research-based industrial design products.

On June 23, 2026, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND)  successfully organized an online workshop entitled “The Research Mentor’s Playbook: Seni Membimbing Mahasiswa Research Track Agar Tembus Jurnal Bereputasi” This event featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speaker, notably Prof. Dr. Ir. Sasmoko, M.Pd., M.A., CIRR, IPU, ASEAN Eng., SMIEEE, Research Interest Group Leader at Research & Technology Transfer and Faculty Member of the Primary Teacher Education Program at BINUS University.

The workshop was designed to equip participants with strategies to promote the value of the Research Track and increase student awareness of its academic and career benefits. Participants were guided in developing adaptive mentoring approaches for junior researchers, translating research activities into measurable competency portfolios, and aligning students’ research outputs with professional skill development. Furthermore, the session enabled participants to formulate strategies for converting research internship outcomes into Scopus-ready manuscripts, while strengthening collaboration between site supervisors and students to align research projects with faculty research roadmaps and enhance joint publication productivity.

On June 19, 2026, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND)  successfully organized an online workshop entitled “Scopus Bootcamp” This event featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speaker, notably Brilly Andro Makalew, S.Kom., M.T.I., Research and Empowerment Digital Specialist; Hilda Farida, S.P., M.Sc., Research Enrichment Section Head; and Ridhwan Bugiansyah Rasid, S.E., S.Kom., International Publication Section Head at Research and Technology Transfer, BINUS University.

The bootcamp was designed to equip participants with the ability to identify reputable Scopus-indexed journals, evaluate journal scope and indexing, and distinguish credible journals from predatory journals. Participants were guided in developing scientific manuscripts that meet international academic standards and follow the IMRAD structure, as well as selecting appropriate target journals and understanding the manuscript submission and peer-review processes. Furthermore, the program enabled participants to prepare complete submission documents, submit their manuscripts to their selected journals, and develop a structured publication roadmap with realistic timelines to support successful publication in Scopus-indexed journals.
