On June 30, 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND) at the Syahdan Campus, successfully conducted a hybrid workshop titled “Pengenalan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual & Potensinya Sesuai Bidang Keilmuwan“. This workshop featured enlightening coaching sessions led by eminent speakers, including Desri Fatimah Natalia T., S.E., M.I.Kom., and Yohanes Albert Kembarenta, S.A.B., who serve as Commercialization staff within the Research and Technology Transfer department at BINUS University.
The principal learning objectives of the workshop encompassed: gaining an understanding of the various types and distinctions of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and the associated rights; identifying the requisite documentation for IPR registration; recognizing the potential for product protection within each academic discipline among faculty members; designing IPR-based products in alignment with specific disciplines; and comprehending the legal provisions relevant to IPR in collaborative partnerships with industry, particularly in the contexts of research collaboration and commercialization endeavors.

On June 26, 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND), successfully held a workshop titled “Applying NVivo in Mixed-Methods Research.” The workshop featured insightful coaching from distinguished speakers, including Agustinus Bandur, Ph.D., a Senior Researcher at the Research & Technology Transfer department and a Doctor of Research in Management at BINUS University. The learning objectives of the workshop included introducing participants to the NVivo software as a tool for writing scientific articles. Attendees learned about the key functions of NVivo that are used to analyze data from various sources, such as social media, field notes, interviews, audiovisual materials, surveys, and journal articles in text format. The workshop also demonstrated scientific data visualization techniques using features like Tree Map, Word Cloud, Concept Map, Mind Map, and Project Map.

On June 19, 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND), successfully held an online workshop titled “Buka Gerbang Riset untuk Mahasiswa: Strategi Membimbing Mahasiswa di Enrichment Track Riset”. The purpose of this event was to strengthen the role of mentors in guiding students through the research track of the Enrichment Program.
The workshop featured engaging sessions led by two distinguished speakers: Dr. Nur Afny Catur Andryani, S.Si., M.Sc., an Associate Lecturer Specialist – S3, and a faculty member of the Computer Science Department, and Hilda Farida, S.P., M.Sc., the Head of the Research Enrichment Section and the Person-in-Charge of the Enrichment Program – Research Track at BINUS University. The learning objectives of this workshop included raising awareness among students about choosing the research track, designing effective mentoring strategies for junior researchers, and enhancing the quality of student research outputs as a measure of research competency.
