On May 06, 2026, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND) successfully organized an online workshop entitled Workshop Book Chapter Proposal “From Manuscript to Published Chapter: Navigating the Editorial Process” This event featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speakers, notably Ismail Suardi Wekke, Ph.D., Marketing Communication Faculty Member at BINUS University.
The workshop was designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and characteristics of action research and its significance in integrating scientific research with community service. Participants were guided in formulating relevant social issues that can be effectively addressed through the action research approach. Furthermore, the session provided strategies for identifying reputable journals suitable for the publication of action research findings and for employing effective methods to enhance the likelihood of manuscript acceptance.
