On March 31, 2026, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND) successfully organized an online workshop entitled “Kiat Sukses Menulis Proposal PKM (Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa) Agar Tembus Didanai” This event featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speakers, notably Dr. Maryani, S.Kom, MMSI., CDMS, CBDMP., Marketing Communication Faculty Member at BINUS University.
The workshop was designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the objectives and characteristics of PKM-PM based on community empowerment and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants were guided in identifying and analyzing priority issues faced by community partners, formulating creative, innovative, and applicable solutions based on community needs, and developing clear and measurable program objectives, outputs, and success indicators. Furthermore, the session provided guidance on preparing systematic implementation methods and program sustainability plans, developing a rational and efficient budget in accordance with PKM guidelines, and preparing a systematic, guideline-compliant, and competitive PKM-PM proposal to increase its potential for funding.

On March 11, 2026, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND) successfully organized an online workshop entitled “Kolaborasi Penelitian & PKM: Mengenali Peluang Hibah dari Lembaga Pendanaan Internasional” This event featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speakers, notably Dr. Siswantini, S.E., Ak., M.I.Kom., Marketing Communication Faculty Member at BINUS University.
The workshop was designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of strategies for preparing national and international research grant proposals. Participants were guided to understand the key stages involved in securing national and international research grants. Furthermore, the session enabled participants to apply appropriate strategies in preparing a national or international research grant proposal draft and to apply relevant grant scheme requirements to develop a well-structured draft proposal.

On March 4, 2026, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University successfully organized an online workshop entitled “From Idea to Funded: Strategic PKM (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa) Mentoring for Faculty Members.” The event featured comprehensive coaching sessions led by a distinguished speaker, Ata Aditya Wardana, S.TP., M.Si., Ph.D., Subject Content Coordinator (AM) and Food Technology Faculty Member at BINUS University.
This learning objective is designed to enable students to develop a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts underlying the Student Creativity Program (PKM), including its overarching goals, various categories, and the evaluation criteria employed by reviewers. Students will be expected to analyze the principal structure and components of a PKM proposal, encompassing elements such as background, problem formulation, objectives, methodology, timeline, budget, and anticipated outcomes.
Furthermore, participans will be able to identify the distinguishing features of a high-quality proposal, with particular emphasis on writing standards, originality, relevance, and potential impact. The objective also includes the application of effective and persuasive proposal writing techniques in accordance with the official PKM guidelines as stipulated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Participans will be guided to develop a systematic and competitive PKM proposal draft that demonstrates logical coherence, the use of scientific language, and adherence to proper administrative formatting. Finally, participans will conduct a self-evaluation of their proposal to ensure alignment with the selection criteria at both the university and national levels.
