The research purpose is to make the design of motor cycle security with fingerprint system and password combination. So with this system is expected to complicate someone to turn on the motorcycle vehicle. The research method used is literature study method, where this method is trying to gather information both from books and literature books from Internet sources. Then using the design method to design the system according to existing problems, and the last doing experiment on that system. The result is to make fingerprint systems that are interconnected with AVR and also create a password system to increase the motorcycle security system. The conclusion is by using this system can increase vehicle safety and it is hoped the system can be more simply because the size of the system is still very large and also the response time on data processing is still very slow
