To reduce the level of congestion in Jakarta nowadays is overcome by operating several TransJakarta busway lanes. But, on the other hand, by operating this busway raises another problem which is the accumulation of service users at shelter dismissals. To solve the problem, a simulation model was designed for the optimization of Transjakarta busway arrival by implementing a method of
multichannel queue single phase. The model results gave advice on optimizing each busway shelter to reduce the accumulation of passengers at each shelter.
