The purpose of this research is to follow the technological developments in the era of globalization to achieve
excellence in the face of competition in the business world. PT XYZ requires systems that can assist in marketing
products over the Internet using online media, so it can support decision-making and improve better service to
customer for achieving excellence in competition in the business world. The research used data analysis and
design method based on theory of e-marketing literature. The research method is a method of data analysis and
design of literary theory-based e-marketing. From this research, found several problems that exist in PT. XYZ
and writer tries to design a system that can be used to solve the problem.
