The purpose of this study is to measure the value of information technology in ERP Applications in PT. Respati Kemasindah in the plastics industry. Data collection methods used are literature studies the literature studying the concept of ERP systems as well as paper (thesis) which previously has been investigated by others that have relevance to the topic to be discussed, do a review of the documentation, as well as doing the work practices and direct observation interview. In addition, the authors also conducted Framework Balanced Scorecard approach as a measurement model. These methods are used to determine the value of the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective in PT. Respati Kemasindah. Results to be obtained from this study are the findings, recommendations and action were decided upon for the development of the ERP system in order to improve the performance of functions within the company with a SWOT analysis and identify the business strategies to achieve the vision and mission that has been set. The conclusions obtained are TOWS Matrix ERP system in PT. Respati Kemasindah has been able to improve the performance of the functions of existing ones, thus increasing the productivity of labor in the company, but there are still some deficiencies that should be corrected in the future.
