Why should I submit my paper to ICEZ?

Submitting your paper to ICEZ provides an opportunity to share your research with an international audience of academics, researchers, industry professionals, and practitioners who are concerned with sustainability and environmental issues. ICEZ also provides a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and discussion of innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.

Accepted papers will be included in the e-ISBN conference proceeding, providing an opportunity for your research to be documented and shared as part of the ICEZ conference publication.

How do I submit my paper?

Will my paper be automatically accepted according to the first preference?

No, your paper will go through a review process. However, we will prioritize the review based on your top preference.

What if my paper does not meet the requirements in the first preference?

You will be given the suggestions for options in the results of the review. You have the option of withdrawing your paper or continuing to attend the conference as another option.

I would like to confirm that I have successfully sent my paper. Would I receive the email notification regarding my paper submission?

No, but once you complete your submission confirmation form, you can choose to get the message.

I need to know the deadline for the paper submission.

Can I submit more than one paper?

The number of papers that can be submitted is unlimited. You are allowed to submit several papers.

Can I submit 10 pages of content and 1,5 pages of references?

The reviewer will provide feedback to you for initial submission with a maximum of 6-7pages (including references)

Aside from the 10 minimum pages of content ad reference, are there any other requirements in terms of font size, margins, and line spacing?

Yes, a number of revisions will be needed according to the template after you obtain the results of the review and the acceptance letter.

Registered my paper before the intention-to-submit deadline but I no longer wish to submit my paper. Can I withdraw my intention-to-submit?

Yes, you can withdraw or remove your intention-to-submit on Microsoft CMT by deleting the submission entry from your Author Console on or before the final paper submission deadline. If the final deadline has passed, you must email the conference organizers directly to request a formal withdrawal.

 

Before the Final Deadline:

– Go to your Microsoft CMT Author Console.

– Locate your registered paper entry.

– Click the “delete submission” or “withdraw” link next to the paper.

– Note that deleting the submission is permanent and cannot be undone

 

After the Final Deadline:

– Send an email to the conference’s official submission help desk or contact chairs.

– Include your Paper ID and Paper Title in the message.

– CC all co-authors on the email to keep everyone informed and prevent any disputes.

How do I get the information regarding the early bird and regular fee?

What is the acceptable percentage of plagiarism?

You will receive the results of the review from the reviewer along with, if necessary, a reduction in the percentage of plagiarism for the initial submission that needs less than 25%.
