The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

For the template, author(s) may select their preferred publication outlet. Accepted manuscripts will be distributed to several publication outlets, as listed below:

For accepted manuscripts, if the content is deemed not fully aligned with the scope or requirements of the preferred publication outlet, the manuscript may be transferred to an alternative outlet at the discretion of the editorial team. Hence, authors will be required to revise the manuscript in accordance with the template and submission guidelines of the designated publication outlet.
The manuscript must be original that has not been published elsewhere and must contain title, abstract, keywords, main text (e.g., Introduction, Experimental, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion), Acknowledgement (optional), Data Availability, Authorship Statement, and References.
Data Availability

If your data are in a repository, please include hyperlinks and persistent identifiers (e.g. DOI or accession number) for the data.
