BDSRC Showcases Research Products at BINUS University’s 45th Anniversary Exhibition

On 1 July 2026, as part of BINUS University’s 45th anniversary celebration, the Bioinformatics and Data Science Research Center (BDSRC) participated in the Research Exhibition organized by the Research and Technology Transfer Office (RTTO) at the BINUS Alam Sutera Campus. The exhibition invited BDSRC and Research Interest Groups (RIGs) to present their research outputs to the BINUS academic community and visitors. 

During the exhibition, BDSRC featured four flagship research products: StuntingDBPlus, InDRY, DjamuInformatics, and Smart Sawit Grader. StuntingDBPlus supports the management and monitoring of stunting data through an integrated platform for data-driven decision-making. InDRY applies artificial intelligence and data analytics to support data processing and decision-making, while DjamuInformatics provides a bioinformatics platform for research on Indonesian medicinal plants and herbs. Smart Sawit Grader utilizes computer vision technology to enable automated quality grading of fresh oil palm fruit bunches. 

The exhibition was visited by BINUS University Rector Dr. Nelly, S.Kom., M.M., CSCA.; Brawijaya University Rector Prof. Widodo, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D.Med.Sc.; and representatives from BPK PENABUR Christian Schools, who visited the exhibition and explored the research products presented by BDSRC. The event provided an opportunity for visitors to learn about the practical applications of BDSRC’s research products while fostering interaction within the academic community. Through its participation, BDSRC reaffirmed its commitment to conducting impactful research that advances scientific knowledge and addresses real-world challenges.
