Wearable Virtual Health Assistant
Recently, wearable devices are becoming much more popular among people who want to have healthier lives. It consequently generates massive personal fitness data. However, this data has not been optimally utilized to benefit the users. The objective of this research is to explore the potential of this personal data towards human wellbeing, such as physiological health, sleep quality, and mental health. This research is fully funded by The Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education for three years from 2019 to 2022.
