Indonesia Institute of Coffee Science Initiation with INSTIPER Yogyakarta

On Monday, March 11th 2019, we visited INSTIPER Yogyakarta to hold a discussion about the Indonesia Institute of Coffee Science initiation. In Indonesia, we call it Institut Sains Kopi Indonesia (ISKI). This institute will be designed to be an education center of the coffee industry. The knowledge given in this institute will cover from the plantation, pre-processing, roasting to the marketing of coffee. Besides, ISKI will also include AI and genomics knowledge implementation to the coffee industry.

Not only does coffee power your day, but it also helps power the National economy. Hence, as academics, we have to put our effort and collaborate with our networks to develop one of the most promising industries in our country, Coffee!
