Coffee Institute Discussion

Institut Pertanian Stiper is an institute that focused on the development of plantation. Currently, their concentration is in the Oil Palm Industry. However, they intended to expand the institution to the Coffee Industry. Therefore a discussion that covers about the coffee industry from the plantation, procession to business will be held on 11-13 February 2019 to facilitate INSTIPER to design their coffee institution.

Mr Hendarto Setyobudi, the owner of the coffee brand that won the gold medal in Gourmet Product Awards in Paris, France, Mengani Coffee, will talk about the coffee industry from top to bottom. Mr Hendarto will also talk about how roasting coffee bean that determines the coffee flavour.

On the other hand, Prof Irawan, an expert in genetics and BDSRC BINUS University will cover the genetic research part.
