Visiting Professor from Clemson University
Prof. Dr. Christopher McMahan from Mathematical Science Department, Clemson University, USA visited BINUS University during the week of 16th of May 2017. During this visit, he conducted a seminar entitled “Forecasting Various Companion Vector-Borne Diseases within the Conterminous United States” attended by Math-Stat students. He also held another seminar entitled “A Bayesian Hierarchical Mixed Model for Identifying Significant Polygenic Effects while Controlling for Confounding and Repeated Measures” attended by faculty members from Math-Stat department.
