Dr. drh. Diena Dwidienawati, M.M.

Dr. drh. Diena Dwidienawati Tjiptadi, MM, CHRMP, CIFM, CRMP, CSLP is the Head of Business Management Program at BINUS Business School, Indonesia. She teaches leadership, strategy execution, and sustainability at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Her research interests include female leadership, Generation Z behavior, sustainability in business, and digital transformation.

Before entering academia, she spent over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, including as CEO of PT Eisai Indonesia, where she successfully led a 350-person team and significantly grew company revenue and profitability. She also held executive roles at Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, and Roche.

Dr. Diena holds professional certifications in human resources, finance, risk, and logistics, and is an active facilitator in corporate training for leading organizations in Indonesia. She combines practical industry insights with academic expertise, contributing actively to international discussions on leadership and sustainable business practices.
