The ranking indicator is based on citations (excluding self-citations) and research impact in interdisciplinary fields. This award has two categories: Single Year Impact 2025 \u2013 2026 and Career-Long Impact. The Single Year Impact 2025 \u2013 2026 represents researchers who are included in the top 2% for their contributions in their scientific field over a specific year, while the Career-Long Impact category represents those who are consistently included in the top 2% over extended years, a testament to their broad research impact.<\/p>\n
