Health care organizations use variety of IT applications and\u00a0infrastructures which always need to be updated as a result of rapid growth in health care services. The\u00a0diversification on how health care organizations maintaining their operations, especially on maintaining\u00a0patient\u2019s medical information resulted the difficulty of accessing patient\u2019s data.
