H.E. Kenji Kanasugi (Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Indonesia)

Born in Toshima-ku, Tokyo. After graduating from Takehaya Senior High School in Tokyo, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Hitotsubashi University in 1983. H.E Kanju Kanasugi joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs afterwards. He has more than 35 years of experience as a diplomat. Prior to be appointed as Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Indonesia in 2020, H.E Kenji Kanasugi was Senior Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs since 2019.
