(Vice Rector – Research & Technology Transfer), Dr. Rini Setiowati, S.E., M.B.A. (Vice Rector – Collaboration & Global Engagement), Muhammad Ariono Margiono, S.IP, MSc (ECON), MM., Ph.D. (Lecturer Specialist BINUS Business School), dan Danendro Adi, S.Sn., M.Arts (Dean of School of Design BINUS)) dan Menteri Ekonomi Kreatif, Teuku Riefky Harsya, telah berlangsung pada 17 November 2025 di kantor Kementerian Ekraf, Jakarta. Pertemuan ini membahas dua agenda utama: undangan resmi kepada beliau sebagai Keynote Speaker dalam DT|UX Summit 2025 yang digelar pada 27 November 2025 di BINUS Kampus Alam Sutera, serta pemaparan capaian inovasi dan prestasi produk BINUS sebagai dasar penjajakan kolaborasi dengan Kemenekraf. Diskusi tersebut juga membuka peluang strategis mengenai potensi BINUS menjadi host QS Asia Pacific: Higher Education Summit 2026, sebagai upaya memperkuat kontribusi institusi dalam pengembangan talenta dan ekosistem inovasi kreatif nasional.
A strategic audience meeting between BINUS University (consists of Stephen Wahyudi Santoso, BSE, MSIST (President of BINUS Higher Education & Professional Services), Dr. Nelly, S.Kom., M.M. (Rector BINUS University), Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si. (Vice Rector – Research & Technology Transfer), Dr. Rini Setiowati, S.E., M.B.A. (Vice Rector – Collaboration & Global Engagement), Muhammad Ariono Margiono, S.IP, MSc (ECON), MM., Ph.D. (Lecturer Specialist BINUS Business School), and Danendro Adi, S.Sn., M.Arts (Dean of School of Design BINUS)) and the Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky Harsya, took place on November 17, 2025 at the Ministry’s headquarters. The discussion focused on two primary matters: extending a formal invitation for him to serve as the Keynote Speaker at the DT|UX Summit 2025, scheduled for November 27, 2025 at BINUS Alam Sutera Campus and presenting BINUS University’s accomplishments and award-winning innovative works as a foundation for prospective collaboration with the Ministry of Creative Economy.
The meeting also explored broader strategic opportunities, including the potential for BINUS University to host the QS Asia Pacific: Higher Education Summit 2026, reinforcing the institution’s role in supporting national talent development and strengthening Indonesia’s creative innovation ecosystem. Through this engagement, BINUS underscored its commitment to collaborative, human-centered innovation and cross-sector partnerships at both national and regional levels.
