For the first time in ICOBAR-SMART history, traditional plenary sessions will be enhanced with dedicated workshops, where experts from ICOBAR 2026 and SMART 2026 discuss emerging priorities for the future era.

Invited sessions (workshops and open tracks)
Invited Sessions consist of papers collected within the scope of an Open Track proposed by researchers who wish to disseminate a research project, either from BINUS University or Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT), South Korea, and collaborators.
Propose a new Open Track (Workshop)
- Submit an abstract workshop proposal to: [icobar@binus.edu]
- Talk duration: 45 minutes
- Hands-on practice: 30 minutes
- Suggested format: goal, target participants, tools or methods, expected outputs.

Parallel sessions (online or onsite)
Parallel Sessions (offline or online) run for about 1 hour 30 minutes and may include 5 to 6 papers.
Presentation format:
- Max 12 minutes presentation per paper
- Around 3 minutes Q&A
- Sessions will be streamed via Zoom, enabling interaction between onsite and virtual participants. Remote presenters can share screen and engage live with audiences in physical rooms.
