PROF. GARY LATHAM
Secretary of State Professor of Organizational Behaviour, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto

Gary Latham is the Secretary of State Professor of Organizational Effectiveness. He is a former President of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and President of Work and Organizational Psychology, a division of the International Association of Applied Psychology. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, Association for Psychological Science, Academy of Management, CPA, National Academy of Human Resources, SIOP, and the Royal Society of Canada. He is the only recipient of both awards: Distinguished Contributions to Science and to Practice from SIOP.

Fitrian Ardiansyah
Executive Chairman and Founder of IDH-The Sustainable Trade Initiative

Fitrian Ardiansyah is Indonesia Country Director at IDH-The Sustainable Trade Initiative. He has more than 17 years working experience in the field of ecological and environmental economics, natural resource management, integrated spatial and land use planning, sustainable commodities, sustainable forest management as well as climate change and energy. His geographical coverage of works includes areas inside Indonesia, Australia and the Asia Pacific. He is also a board member of Partnership for Indonesia’s Sustainable Agriculture (PISAgro), a regional committee member for Tropical Forest Alliance 2020/World Economic Forum (TFA2020/WEF) in Southeast Asia, a council member of SAWIT Challenge, a committee member of the Development of National Competency Standard of Sustainable Coffee (RSKNNI), and a core-group member of International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)’s Commission on Ecosystem Management (CEM). In the past, he was Adviser and Program Director for Climate and Energy, WWF-Indonesia. In the field of climate and energy, he was one of the experts of the Indonesia Forest Climate Alliance (IFCA) focusing in developing the framework of REDD (reducing emissions from deforestation and degradation) in Indonesia and serving as a member of Indonesian Official Delegates to UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention of Climate Change). He was also advising and helping various think-tank organisations focusing on climate change, environmental management and energy such Pelangi Indonesia and Article 33. He was Adjunct Lecturer and Researcher at Paramadina Graduate School of Diplomacy (PGSD) and Fellow at the International League of Conservation Writers (ILCW). He conducted his doctoral research at the Crawford School of Economics and Government, the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. Fitrian has been active in writing articles and contributing to publications for reputable media and organizations. He was a regular author for “Road to Copenhagen” column in 2009 – continued as “Climate Solutions” in 2010 – for the Jakarta Post. Since 2011, he has been acknowledged as Fellow by the International League of Conservation Writers. He is also an accomplished speaker at different national and international fora.

Farhan Helmy
CEO Advanced Computing, Design and Innovation (ASCODI) Laboratory, Green Voice Indonesia

Farhan Helmy is a scientifically-trained independent professional of natural resource and environmental policy analysis, with special interest and experience in forestry governance, disaster risk reduction, collective action, political economy, community based initiatives, socially adaptable technology, system dynamics and risk assessment and environmental vulnerability mapping, and open source tools development, such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, Decision Support Systems (DSS). He specializes in conceiving, designing and assessing environmental information systems and decision support systems, and their implementation at national,provincial and district levels.
