Changes in organization are currently inevitable. This phenomenon occurs due to nowadays business dynamics which pushes organizations to develop their structure, process and also people. Unfortunately, not all of organization members are responding to the change positively. In the other words, there are variations between employees response upon the change event in organization, and these variations occurred by various predictor in organization. This study aimed to understand the individual perspective factor influencing their attitude towards change. In this vein, we consider self-efficacy and trust in leader as part of the antecedents of the independent variable.
