The reason and aim of this study is to find an alternative to queuing systems that exist today which has the main objective to provide more convenience for consumers in the queue. The research method used in this research is literature study, field study, designing a queuing system involving transmitter and receiver as well as testing and analysis of the distance and battery life. The distance test involves a range of outdoor and indoor testing. In the indoor trials, the tests include a room without a barrier and the room with a barrier. Batteries for the test include the comparison of resistance between the rechargeable batteries and Alkaline batteries. Parameters tested here is the time (hours). Results show that the system is not functioning optimally. This can be seen from the maximum indoor distance that is gained is 68.53 meters and 54.6 meters for outdoor. In additional experiments, when using a power greater on a transmitter module (by 9 volts DC), the distance is increased by 12.88%. The main cause of the short distance obtained is the type of antenna, antenna length and the power used. During the battery life test, the longest time is obtained when using rechargeable battery, which is 6 Hours 16 Minutes. (AAE)
