The purpose of this project system is to manufacture to measure and monitor the development of temperature in the refrigerator using temperature sensors, where the measurements are distributed via TCP/IP. The temperature measurement tool is expected to determine the increase and decrease in temperature in the refrigerator. The system building begins from a survey in the place for application of and continues to in system design based on ATmega16 and FriendlyARM mini2440. The designs consist of hardware design and software design based on analysis of needs, identification of tools and materials. Once the design completed, the implementation and evaluation of the system are done. This system can work well according to the design. The analysis of the installation of measurement tool is the final result where the data are obtained from TCP/IP. The conclusion of this design is as follows: data from temperature measurements are stored in a log file tex; distance measurement sensor can reach 10meter; the analysis result of the data obtained is an extreme temperature rise
