Industrial and Systems Engineering (IsYE), Strategic Management (SM) and Psychology (PSY) Perspectives have been applied in various and multidisciplinary research (MDR). The objective of this paper is to discuss the importance of MDR and its empirical study (ESY) in Indonesia during last 5 until 10 years ago, including 2013 situation. This paper relates concept, theoretical aspects and managerial implications (CTM) of MDR within unit analysis of individual, company and nation toward global benefit. Discussion on IsYE refers to the several CTM of researches with the center discussion based on Badiru (2006) on his Handbook of IsYE; while the discussion on SM refers to current issues of Strategic Management Journal (SMJ). Furthermore, the discussion on PSY refers to the Neuro Strategy with the center discussion based on Powell (2011). This paper integrated the strong points of IsYe in term of considering Human Aspects and Systems Aspects, along with strong points of SM and PSY; precisely in the domain of Neuro Strategy. Powell (2011) on Neuro Strategy elaborated the potential fit between Neuroscience and Strategic Management (NSM); as this NSM has long standing interests in executive judgment and decision making and in the psychological foundations of strategy practice according to Hodgkinson (2008).This paper limits its MDR merely on IsYE, SM and PSY; while it is aware of the wider application of PSY in Neuroscience in Economics (Camerer, Loewenstein, and Prelec, 2005), political science (Amodio et al, 2007), Neuro Economics (Glimcher et al, 2009) and other wider applications.
