To support the performance of an internet connected network using more than one ISP, a dynamic system is needed for the network management. One example is connection management with the capability managing the traffic that goes through the multiple ISPs efficiently, as well as the capability to troubleshoot common problems effectively with no direct action from the network manager. This study is about solving these problems by applying method of load balancing with the combination of failover system. By using MikroTik router as gateway for the local network and multiple ISPs, connections to the Internet is then processed using per-connection-classifier method to spread the network traffic among the ISPs, followed with the failover method which takes advantage searching characteristic of nexthop done by the router using static routing, that make the system is capable of giving a solution for such network condition mentioned
