The rapid of business development is not merely can be followed by information technology development. One of those factors is because many company does not have good business process and having good management in documentation, therefore those problems causing the ineffectivity and ineffeciency in many business management in documentation process. The objective of this research is to get acknowledge about how business process management (BPM) can be implemented to education line service sector, especially in deliver feature to print out and entry student and lecturer's attendance and also entry learning materials (course outline realization, called SAP/satuan acara perkuliahan) delivered in the class room, that currently all those processes do by manually and now change to improve that process by using online application (attendance and course outline realization online). This research uses business process management (BPM) methode, that company will have business process's blue print and can assess whether currently they have an efficient business process or the oposite, even management easily to know the detail of the impact from the improvement either form the time and cost aspects.
