Multidisciplinary Perspectives in the level of Dissertation is deemed indispensable for several reasons. The first reason, is the fact that Management and Engineering are intertwined, without losing its uniqueness. The second reason, is the fact that Strategic Management and Psychology are intertwined to anticipate the dynamic changes in Strategy as resulted from the Psychological aspects. The first and second reason are subsequently harnessed with the ICT as enabler to provide full swing performance toward the results. Precisely, the mentioned results in this paper refer to the variable,
constructs and indicator that relate to Leadership, Innovation, Organizational Learning and Performance. This paper accommodates the generalization of Concept, Theory and Managerial Implications in both Global Setting and simultaneously appropriate in the Indonesia Setting. Thus, this paper and future research are beneficial for the balance between theoretical and empirical aspects, and for the appropriate generalized geographical settings in both Global and Indonesia Settings.
