Paper Tube is a kind of tube which is usually used as cores of yarn rolls, metal strand rolls, film plastic rolls, paper rolls, for CRT protector to prevent damage during transport. Most of Paper Tube uses, especially on the as core of yarn roll, the strength of Paper Tube is of vital importance. Because of furling process, the furled yarn distributes its tension to the core of the roll, in this case Paper Tube. If the Paper Tube cant withstand the tension, the resulting of roll cannot be released from rolling machine as the Paper Tube nips the winder machines axis. Article studies a mathematical calculation model to optimize the strength of Paper Tube using dynamic programming and production process modeling, together with its implementation in the form of a computer application program.
