PENGEMBANGAN ERP-ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE PADA SUBMODUL QUALITY MANAGEMENT DI PT.XYZ

Abstract

The objective is to develop systems-Oracle E-Business Suite, especially on sub modules quality management to meet the needs of PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing of wear- ERP-Oracle E-Business Suite as its system for 2 years. Research method used is by using the method of analysis of the Fit / Gap. The result is the activation and customization of menus sub modules play an important role in quality management at PT. XYZ, among others nonconformance menu, Disposition and corrective action. The activation of these menus can assist in recording, repairs to the prevention of defect goods. However, the activation of the menu applies only processed production work in process. There are additional job desk to assist the realization of the corrective action by way of record production data for the benefit of corrective action, and changes in business processes at the company's quality management sub modules. The conclusions obtained are in the application, system-ORACLE E-Business Suite on sub modules quality management still felt less able to meet the needs of the company due to customization that does not comply with the conditions of the company. So that the necessary customization and adjustment back, in other words the development of the existing system because basically ERP-Oracle E-Business Suite has provided its best practices for use in each company.
